Roasted Garlic Butter Parmesan Potatoes
Elements:
- 2 kilos potatoes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to style
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- Parsley for garnish (non-obligatory)
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (205°C).
- Reduce the potatoes into halves or quarters.
- Carry a big pot of well-salted water to a boil. Parboil the potatoes for 5-10 minutes till barely tender.
- Drain the potatoes and switch them to a big bowl.
- Add olive oil, minced garlic, thyme, oregano, basil, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Toss nicely to coat the potatoes evenly.
